What we build
Five layers. One sorting loop.
Camera, edge inference, valve timing, panel PC and training platform are developed in-house and specified together, so a defect decision travels from the sensor to the air valve on one timing budget.

Ten years of sorting, five layers in-house
Based in Hefei, Deep Sortx works on colour sorter technology and industrial vision inspection. The team brings more than ten years of sorting industry experience and has deployed projects across grain, tea, herbal, ore and metal lines.
Alongside the electronics, the company holds mechanical design capability and supply chain resources for sheet metal production and component procurement, so a customer drawing can reach production.
