Custom solutions

Start with the material, configure the rest around it.

Imaging path, edge compute, valve timing, panel PC and model training are specified as one set. Tell us what the line must separate, the Purity Ratio you target and what the cabinet allows, and the configuration follows from there.

How a project runs

Four steps from sample to supplied module

Each step ends with a decision, so the configuration you approve is the one that ships.

01

Share the sample

Send the material, the defect to remove, the target Purity Ratio and the machine constraints you work with.

02

Imaging evaluation

We test the sample against visible, NIR, hyperspectral or X-ray paths and report what can be separated.

03

Configuration and prototype

Camera, edge box, valve board and HMI assembled as one set, then ejection timing validated on your platform.

04

Supply and service

Batch delivery with recipes on the panel PC, models updated remotely and spare valves sourced.

Project request

Fields marked with an asterisk are required. A photo of the material and the defect helps us answer with a realistic imaging path.
